Preparing your seed sample (Sampling Method 2)

• Use a seed probe to collect seed from the middle of each bag in the seed lot you want tested.
• Combine samples only from bags with the same seed company, seed lot number and storage history. Keep seed from different lots, sources or storage conditions separate.
• Place each combined sample in a zip-lock bag. Label it with your name, mailing address, email address, seed variety, seed company and seed lot identification number.
